Our pre-conference interactive workshop, “The Shoulder Rehab Blueprint for Pain-Free Overhead Positions”, will be held on Sunday 12 October. The workshop takes a deep dive into shoulder dysfunction mechanics, challenging traditional approaches to impingement and bursitis by examining root causes including faulty ribcage positioning and compensatory movement patterns. The session will offer attendees an evidence-informed rehabilitation approach that integrates manual therapy with breathing drills and functional exercises for lasting results.
